fitted together, like two halves of a heart.

picture ain't clear due to flash but i love the diamontes !
it isn't too exaggerating & the color of the lens are pretty (it's not black).
although gucci has a huge selection of shades with diamontes,
i decided to be more practical by getting the pair above.
it's a present from my auntie from river island (okie, i forced her to get it for me ;p).
and it's the first pair of shades i have, that rest so nicely on my nose bridge,
and still able to see my eyebrows.

had a dinner treat from my dearest mum at some nonya restaurant at vivocity.
we were so cute,
we ordered 3desserts & my grandparents, mum & auntie each took a few spoons and passed on to the next person.
then my auntie was saying i & samantha looked alike,
then my grandma intruded & said i look prettier because of my eyes.
samantha felt offended although it was meant as a joke,
and started saying her pretty & ugly side all from my mum,
so if she's ugly, means my mum's ugly & if my mum's ugly,
then my grandma's ugly too. haha.
kinda rude but it was funny lah.
we all inherited 'pig nose' from my dad,
all our noses big and flat !

the food was alright only & the portions were darn small.
the bill came up to a whopping $200,
which i think is not worth it at all.
even sarah & sandra kept complaining about the portions,
like 6pieces of prawns for $24, 4small pieces of beef rendang for $16,
so impractical the prices.
was a short & simple meal but i enjoyed the company of my family
(including my grandparents & auntie).
qing keep ~~acting~~ shy lor,
so my mum kept giving food to him.
teeheehee, i like seeing him like this, kinda shy & innocent,
but irritating also lor.
all the food i give him he'll say ok enough already, ok i don't want already.
come on lah baby, i know u eat way more than that ! hehe.

after shopping around vivocity after dinner we went to get ah long pancakes with egg.
i MUST try all the flavours.
i am always like that - when i eat something i like,
i hafta try all the flavours ! ;)

pretty sweet treats - my birthday present from michael & panda.
michael took out the chocolate tart cake which he got from laurent bernard chocolatier right after we on the lights after work on friday.
and we started snapping & snapping away.
colleagues i've barely known for 3months,
yet they are nice & fun to be with.
sarah, kelvin, michael, ahyang & i went for ma-la steamboat after that.
sinful but me love. ;)
